Easy peasy scones

3 cups of SR flour

1 cup cream

1 cup soda water or sparking mineral water

pinch of salt

2-3 teaspoons sugar

Mix together dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and mix until well combined. Place onto floured board and knead into a ball. Flatten with your hand to about 2 cm thick. Use cutter to cut into scones. Place on greased tin with slight gap between each scone. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
